Shipping Policy

1. Worldwide Shipping

MOLLYNISTA proudly ships worldwide through our trusted logistics partners, including FedEx, UPS, and selected local carriers, depending on the destination country and the most suitable shipping service available.


2. Order Processing

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

For custom-sized, custom-colored, design-altered, made-to-order, or bespoke pieces (including bridal gowns and other specially commissioned designs), production time varies depending on the complexity of the order.

The estimated production and shipping timeline will be discussed and mutually agreed upon after all design details, specifications, and order requirements have been finalized. Production will begin only after payment has been received.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. An estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed during checkout.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment throughout its journey.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, or other local taxes required by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

MOLLYNISTA is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect shipping information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused, rejected, or left unclaimed by the recipient are not eligible for a refund.

Any costs incurred as a result of a refused or unclaimed shipment, including return shipping fees, customs duties, storage charges, handling fees, or other related expenses, will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
