MOLLYNISTA Return and Refund Policy
At MOLLYNISTA, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality fashion products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
• Time Frame: You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Video Evidence: For defective items, you must provide an unboxing video as evidence to be eligible for a return.
• Non-returnable Items: Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Process
• Step 1: Contact us at shopify@mollynista.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and an unboxing video if applicable.
• Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include your return authorization details.
• Step 4: Ship the item(s) back to the following address:

Please note that the return shipping fee is your responsibility.
3. Refunds
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective item with proper video evidence.
4. Exchanges
• Exchange Eligibility: You may exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping Costs: The shipping fee for exchanges will be covered by you both ways (to and from MOLLYNISTA).
5. Defective Items
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at shopify@mollynista.com with your unboxing video. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will issue a replacement or refund once the defect is confirmed.
6. Final Sale Items
• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
