Return & Exchange Policy
1. Our Policy
At MOLLYNISTA, every garment is produced in limited quantities and carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged under the conditions outlined below.
To allow us to investigate any issue promptly, all exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours from the time your shipment is marked as Delivered by the courier. Requests received after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
2. Eligible Exchange Cases
We will gladly arrange an exchange if:
The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
You received a different product, color, or size from what you ordered.
You wish to exchange your item for another size, color, design.
Please note:
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Replacement items must be of equal or greater value.
Customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Have all original tags attached.
Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
If you are reporting a product defect, you must also provide:
A single, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening, through to the complete unpacking of the item.
Clear photographs showing the reported issue.
MOLLYNISTA reserves the right to decline claims where sufficient evidence cannot be provided.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Step 1
Contact our Customer Care team and provide:
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Supporting photos and the required unboxing video (if applicable)

Step 2
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your exchange is approved.
Step 3
Ship the item back within 5 days after receiving our return authorization.
Step 4
Once the returned item arrives, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets the exchange requirements.
Step 5
After approval, your replacement item will be prepared and dispatched.
5. Shipping Costs
If the exchange is required due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, MOLLYNISTA will cover the shipping costs for both directions.
For size exchanges or any exchange requested for personal preference, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees.
Please note that exchange shipping fees are calculated using the courier’s current rates at the time of processing and may differ from the shipping fee paid when the original order was placed.
6. Final Sale Items
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance events, or using discount codes are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Processing Time
Exchange requests are generally completed within 10–20 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Delivery times for the replacement item will vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
